3. Emotional connection
Introduce emotional themes and feelings: joy, happiness, unfairness, shock, fear, etc. Think about what emotional impact you want to evoke with your content.

4. Transformation
What has changed as a result of your content, and what’s next? This is your call to action. Think about what activity you expect from your audience.
