1. Introduction
1.1 This privacy policy explains how CrowdMarket OÜ (registration code 14543112, address Padriku 16/5-1, 11912 Tallinn, e-mail info@crowdly.ee, website crowdly.ee (hereinafter CrowdMarket) handles and processes personal data.
1.2 The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed in the CrowdMarket work environment, on the website and between partners, including what data is transferred to clients of the CrowdMarket recruitment service.
1.3 The client of the CrowdMarket recruitment service is called the Employer, and the employee found by CrowdMarket, whose goal is to find a full-time or part-time position through the CrowdMarket service, is called the Candidate.
1.4 Personal data is information about a person or natural person (data subject) that can be directly or indirectly identified. Common personal data includes, for example: name, personal identification number, location information, network identifiers (characteristics that help to identify a specific person in a communication network).
2. Processing of personal data
2.1 Definition of personal data
2.1.1 CrowdMarket processes personal data that allows for the identification of a person:
2.1.1.1 first name, last name, personal identification code, year of birth, age, gender;
2.1.2.2 contact information, including e-mail address, telephone number, address, usernames for communication environments (e.g. Skype) and other information necessary for starting work, including information regarding the person's ability to take on a future position, which may be forwarded to future Employer(s) and which confirms the person's abilities based on education, training, language skills and previous work experience.
2.2 Data collection on the website
2.2.1 The CrowdMarket website uses cookies to personalize the web experience and collect visitor statistics. A cookie is a small text file that a web server sends to a visitor's web browser, which is downloaded to the visitor's device and retrieved by the visitor's browser each time the visitor returns.
2.2.2 We record certain data that is made available by web browsers, mobile devices and servers. This may include information about the visitor's operating system, web browser, device software, location, time, language preference and the web pages or sites you visited immediately before reaching our website.
2.2.3 No personal information is stored and no user identification is made possible.
2.3 Data collection from public sources and through third parties
2.3.1 CrowdMarket may collect data about a person from the public domain (the Internet, social media, forums, public registers, etc.).
2.3.2 CrowdMarket uses third-party applications to collect data on the website, which are subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of those parties.
3. Consent to the processing of personal data
3.1 The processing of personal data takes place mainly with the consent of the Candidate.
3.3.1 CrowdMarket considers consent to the processing of personal data if the Candidate agrees to apply to a company offered by CrowdMarket or discloses their data to CrowdMarket in order to find a future position through a service offered by CrowdMarket.
3.3.2 CrowdMarket may also use (transfer to Employers) information received during the interview and which may be necessary for finding a future job. CrowdMarket will request separate consent from the Candidate to contact the Referees.
3.3.3 Based on separate consent, CrowdMarket may process personal information to offer the Candidate job offers in the future under the conditions set by him/her and in the areas of his/her competence.
4. Owner of personal data
4.1 The owner of personal data is a natural person whose personal data may be processed. The owner of personal data has the right to:
4.1.1 obtain information about personal data held by CrowdMarket;
4.1.2 request that incorrect data be corrected and changed in accordance with the data provided by the person;
4.1.3 request the timely deletion of their personal data after CrowdMarket has no legal right to the data collected or transmitted by the individual. In such a case, the individual may request the immediate termination of the processing of personal data by CrowdMarket;
4.1.4 withdraw the information you have provided to CrowdMarket.
4.2 The owner of personal data has the right to restrict the processing of personal data if:
4.2.1 the person has contested the accuracy of the personal data;
4.2.2 the person has made a statement regarding the incorrect handling or processing of personal data;
4.2.3 the person wishes to verify with another data processor the accuracy of the personal data that has been transmitted to CrowdMarket.
5. Transfer of personal data to the Employer
5.1 CrowdMarket forwards the application and personal data of a suitable candidate to the Employer, who is looking for future employees for his team. The terms of processing personal data are set separately by each Employer according to how the Employer processes personal data in the course of its activities. The Employer establishes the principles of processing personal data regarding the communication between the Employer and the Candidate.
6. Retention of personal data
6.1 CrowdMarket stores personal data in its database based on the Candidate's written consent (see section 3).
6.2 Access to personal data is limited to CrowdMarket employees on the basis of legitimate interest.
6.3 The candidate's personal data will be retained by CrowdMarket for up to one year to ensure the protection of legal rights.
7. Resolving issues
7.1 In case of concerns related to personal data and their handling, processing or ownership rights, the person may contact CrowdMarket for further information at the e-mail address info@crowdly.ee. If the person finds that his/her personal data is being processed in violation of his/her rights or that the handling, processing or transfer of the data violates his/her rights under applicable law, the person has the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate (website www.aki.ee ).
In case of any disputes or misunderstandings, the original, Estonian version will apply.
