Silent Hack for Content Creators to Hook Audience

Have you ever wondered why some posts and videos are just too tempting to pass on? How do they hook you?

The terrible truth is that 90% of creators fail to do this. Today, I will share this silent hack content creators use to hook you. And show you how you can use it too!

What if I told you this can bring you thousands of views?! Just saying it right.

Your title will make or break your success.

Here are some tips you can use.

  • Keep it short. Use <50 characters. This avoids your title being cut off and minimises the time spent on reading your title.
  • Hook with emotions.
  • Build up your title based on these 3 catchy emotions: fear, desire, and curiosity.

Use power words. It’s ok to exaggerate. Something has to get you the click. What you don’t want to be here is mediocre. Just remember, your intro and the rest of the content has to deliver on this.

Here’s an example.

  1. Comparison of marketing software providers

  2. TOP5 affordable marketing software in 2024

Do you see what I did there? Used the tips above. ;)

Again, what helps you start crafting your titles is doing some basic YouTube or Google research and finding the best performing titles on your topic.

I suggest that you create your title bank, just like we talked about the idea bank. You can use my title checklist template for this.

What if I told you these minor changes in how you create content can explode your brand?

If you want to grow your brand with some simple hacks anyone can do, let me know. Get a head start, because many tech companies are missing out on this!

Are you ready to shift gears? We’d be happy to help you out with content strategy and copywriting.
